    We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

    Return Conditions:

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase is required.

    • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.

    How to Start a Return:

    1. Email us at support@clothingcasual.com with your order number and reason for return.

    2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

    3. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

    Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll replace or refund it at no extra cost.
